Mileeven Christmas Pudding 454g

Ingredients: sultanas (40%), sugar, Irish Stout (barley), breadcrumbs (fortified wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)] water, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), whole egg, vegetable oil (rapeseed), mixed peel (5%) (contains orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator [acid citric], preservative [sulphur dioxide, potassium sorbate], salt), apple flakes (4%)(flaked apples, water, sodium metabisulphite), natural cherrries(4%)(cherries, glucose syrup, sugar, colours [anthocyanin, carrot], potassium sorbate), whiskey (3.5%), moalsses, flaked almound, salt, mixed spices, nutmeg.

Warning: althoug every effort has been made to remove stones and fruit stalks some fragments may remain.

Storage: store in a cool dry place and consume within 3 days.

PREPARATION METHOD: Remove the packaging. Heat with steam or in a bain-marie in a saucepan filled to the height of the bowl. Leave to simmer until the pudding is heated through. Be careful that no water gets into the pudding. Protect the bowl by placing it on an inverted saucer. For cooking in the microwave, refer to the instructions for your appliance.
