Mackays is a family company that has been manufacturing world-renowned marmalades and preserves for 70 years.


It is thus the last producer of orange marmalade from Dundee, Scotland. Mackays is also one of the last manufacturers of jams in Europe to boil jams in open kettles, a traditional method which imparting its jams and marmalades a delicious flavour of yesteryear.

Dundee Orange marmalade:
Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges, Orange Juice (from concentrate), Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Orange Oil. Prepared with 25g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.

Orange marmalade with whisky:
Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges, Whisky (3%), Orange Juice (from concentrate), Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 25g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.

Orange marmalade with champagne:
Ingredients: Sugar, Spanish Sweet Oranges, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Champagne (with Marc de Champagne) (1%), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 25g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.

Scottish raspberry preserve:
Raspberry Jam Ingredients: Sugar, Scottish Raspberries, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 35g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.

Scottish three berry preserve:
Three Berry Jam Ingredients: Sugar, Scottish Strawberries (19%), Scottish Raspberries (9%),Scottish Blackcurrants (7%), Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 35g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
