Arcane Extraroma is a Mauritius old rum distilled from pure cane juice. It develops a beautiful freshness and expresses its spicy terroir.
Aged according the Solera method, up to 12 years in American oak casks, this Mauritius rum has also light woody notes and retains the fruity and spicy aromas of cane sugar. It develops a very appealing and fruity aromatic palette with complex flavours of banana flambe, white peach and cocoa.
Arcane is an original human adventure. Thibault de la Fournière and his three associates were employed in the spirits industry. They wanted to take risks and imagine new rums, and thus created Arcane in 2010.
Their rum is made only from the distillation of fresh sugar cane juice, retaining all of the pure fresh sugar cane aromas.
