Our recommandations

Cooley has built in 1987 by John Teeling in Dundalk in Louth County with a traditional scottish style. The Connemara Single Malt is made there with peated aromas and plums. Connemara is the first Irish great vintage. Despite its young age, Cooley distillery offers a very wide range of blends and single malts, noumerous Irish whiskeys.

Cooley only does a double distillation compared to Bushmills and Midleton with a triple distillation. End of 2011, Cooley distillery has a new owner when the groupe is bough by an american Jim Beam (also the owner of Laphroaig).
