The rum distillery is owned by Marco Savio, a specialist in rum.
Malecon produces rums derived from the distillation of molasses in the greatest respect of Cuban traditions. The modernity of the equipment present in the distillery makes it possible to obtain fine and aromatic distillates.
The age indicated on the bottles is that of the youngest rum in the blend, which can therefore contain much older expressions giving each edition a specific character.
Malecon rums have won numerous awards at international competitions.
