Our recommandations

Located within the Boyne River Valley, on the legendary Slane Castle grounds, the distillery has historically been fed by the Boyne River, natural sources for this whiskey.

In the 18th century, the Conyngham family built their castle in the north side of the town and installed copper stills in the castle stables

The particularity of this whiskey lies in its assembly of three maturations. Slane Irish Whiskey uses three varieties of casks: new toasted American oak barrels, ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks
