Hennessy selects the best grapes from the four main wine regions of Cognac for the production of its cognacs. The distillation is done traditionally in copper stills.

Hennessy's cognacs are then aged in oak barrels, which bring subtle and complex aromas and flavours. The house's Master Blender, whose role is to create the perfect blends, carefully selects the most exceptional eaux-de-vie to create refined and balanced cognacs.
