Climate, pure spring waters, wetlands and Japanese malt masters know-how are at the heart of Japanese high quality whisky, which production has been based on the high standards and methods developed for Scotch whisky. Sharing a glass of whisky also became a ritual to seal commercial deals between businessmen.
