Located in the heart of Mauritius, New Grove Distillery is one of the few producers of Single Estate rum in the world. Nicknamed ‘5-star rum’, the distillery has complete control over the five key stages of production, from growing the sugarcane to bottling. This field-to-glass approach guarantees consistent quality, full traceability and authentic expertise, all carried out entirely in-house.

Among its iconic creations, Mauricia Rum holds a special place. Made from pure cane juice, it takes its name from a historic estate in the north of the island. The story begins in 1819, when its owners set up a sugar mill and later a distillery. This natural, unmodified rum is distinguished by menthol and peppery notes, blended with delicately spiced aromas. A true tribute to Mauritian traditions, it carries on the legacy of over two centuries of expertise.
