Today, with the same passion and high standards as always, Le Comptoir Irlandais brightens up its cellar with an addition of rums from all over the world: agricultural rum from Martinique, Guadeloupe and La Reunion, rums of English tradition from the Caribbean and the Philippines, and last but not least, old rums of Spanish tradition from Venezuela, Guatemala, Cuba and Dominican Republic. When it comes to distilling, we love to underline the intertwined history of the seafaring past, production and aging techniques of rum and whisky across the seven seas.
