Served as appetizer or digestive, Breiz’Ile spiced rum is made from freshly cut fruits soaked in syrup, spices and Antilles white rum. A 2 months infusion reveals sweet, low alcohol rum (23°), with a subtle fruity taste and a splash of vanilla.
