Cognac casks offer an interesting and less widespread aging in the world of whisky. Originating from the oaks of the Tronçais or Limousin forests, the Cognac casks are known for their hardness and low porosity. Whisky takes advantage of an interesting collaboration with wood to develop a unique aromatic palette, fruity and finely woody.
