Saint James 10 Year Old Vintage 2015 is an AOC Martinique agricole rum showcasing the expertise of one of the island's oldest distilleries. Distilled from fresh sugar cane juice harvested during the 2015 crop, it matured for ten years in oak casks under Martinique's tropical climate. This extended ageing develops remarkable depth while preserving the vibrant vegetal character that defines great agricole rums. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, it offers an elegant balance of richness, freshness and complexity.
The nose reveals aromas of candied fruits, vanilla, cocoa, fine oak and blond tobacco, supported by dried fruits and sweet spices. The palate is rich and velvety with caramel, prunes, roasted nuts, cinnamon, coffee and toasted oak. The finish is long and refined with lingering cocoa, liquorice, dried fruits and vanilla.
