The nose opens with ripe pear, stewed apple, heather honey and vanilla, followed by dried fruits, orange zest, beeswax and refined oak. The palate is smooth and silky with butterscotch, toasted almonds, candied fruits, cinnamon, milk chocolate and gentle malt. The finish is long and elegant with lingering dried fruit, vanilla and delicate spices.
