This red ale is a round, fruity beer with a caramel flavour. Crystal malt, also known as caramel malt, is used here: the malt has been heated to create a sort of caramelization inside the grain. This gives the beer a toasty flavour.

Lightly hopped to counterbalance the sweetness of the caramel and add bitterness and a certain balance to the taste.

Hops: Northern Brewer, Challenger.

Food pairing: enjoy with grilled or caramelized meat, cheddar or gouda cheese.

This craft beer may show a yeast deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
