Developed under the guidance of fifth-generation Maestra Ronera Jassil Villanueva, this rum showcases an innovative approach to maturation. Following ageing in bourbon and sherry casks, it receives a further maturation in new French oak casks whose aromas have been developed by toasting fresh coconut flesh, without direct contact between the coconut and the rum. This distinctive technique creates a unique personality, combining indulgent character, tropical notes and woody nuances.
