Soleil de Minuit produced by the A1710 distillery is a rum made from the blend of 6 rums from Martinique and Guadeloupe. These rums aged between 9 and 13 years have been selected for their aromatic profile.

They undergo a second ageing in French oak barrels ex-cognac of 300L before being assembled then being placed in casks, also ex-cognac, for a final refining.

A balanced rum emerges, both sweet and fruity, with hints of spices.

This cuvée has been bottled and numbered by hand.

Nose: sweet aromas, aromas of roasting (coffee) harmoniously combined with those of candied fruit (figs), undergrowth and a fine bouquet of spices.

Palate: frank, round and generous. The flavours of candied fruit extend accompanied by those of cinnamon and mocha.
