Soleil de Minuit produced by the A1710 distillery is a rum made from the blend of 6 rums from Martinique and Guadeloupe. These rums aged between 9 and 13 years have been selected for their aromatic profile.

They undergo a second ageing in French oak barrels ex-cognac of 300L before being assembled then being placed in casks, also ex-cognac, for a final refining.

A balanced rum emerges, both sweet and fruity, with hints of spices.

This cuvée has been bottled and numbered by hand.

The A1710 distillery is a very young distillery, located in the heart of Habitation Simon in Martinique. Its location between sea and mountains allows it to benefit from an exceptional terroir and an ideal tropical climate for the production of its rum.

Products from A 1710

Nose: sweet aromas, aromas of roasting (coffee) harmoniously combined with those of candied fruit (figs), undergrowth and a fine bouquet of spices.

Palate: frank, round and generous. The flavours of candied fruit extend accompanied by those of cinnamon and mocha.

Finish: long.
