This aged rum is a collaboration between Velier, a spirits importing company, and Foursquare, a family-owned and independent Barbados distillery.

This is a blend of rums from a very distinct distillation: in a double iron still on one side and in a traditional Coffey column on the other.

It has aged 14 years, including 3 in Bourbon barrels and 11 in Cognac barrels.

Features

Nose: aromas of nuts, citrus and toasted notes.

Palate: ample with notes of coconut, spiced caramel and wood.

Finish: complex with roasted, woody and peppery notes.
