Long Pond 2007 Teca 70cl 63°
Country : Jamaica / Reference: : 24484
The origins of Long Pond date back to the middle of the 18th century.
This rum was distilled in Jamaica in 2007. After 12 years of fermentation and displaying an ester rate* of between 1200 and 1300 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol, this version is delivered without any restraint.
Full of empathy, it unrolls a syrupy thread to the taster, who travels in all serenity through an aromatic and taste palette that majestically demonstrates that the shortest way to get somewhere is not always a straight line.
*Esters are molecules other than water and alcohol. These components contribute to the aromatic character of a rum and are often measured in Jamaican rums which are very concentrated.
