Sakurao Single Malt Cask Strength 70cl 54°

This Sakuaro Single Malt, first edition of the very first whisky from the Sakurao distillery, lifts the veil on the personality of the young distillery founded in 2017. It is a cask-strength whisky, distilled and bottled at the very heart of the distillery located by the sea.

Bottled at 54° in order to release all its aromatic power, it first benefited from an ageing of 3 years in a combination of Bourbon barrels, new American oak barrels and Sherry barrels, before being refined several months in mizunara barrels. The result is a malt of incredible delicacy for its young age.
