Arran The Bothy Quarter Cask 70cl 53.8°
The Arran Distillery offers a Single Malt whisky with woody tones of oak barrels.
The Bothy Quarter Cask is first aged in Bourbon casks and then aged for at least 18 months in Quarter Cask (small casks).
This process produces a malty, fruity and herbaceous whisky with salty notes reminiscent of its Arran Islands origin.
The name "Bothy" comes from small typical Scottish houses, often built of wood or stone.
The final result is a whisky combining power and finesse, rich in vanilla sweetness and peppery spices.
This Single Malt is bottled at cask strength, non chill-filtered and without addition of artificial colouring.

Arran is the only distillery located on the Isle of Arran, Scotland. It has been established in 1995 in Lochranza.
Arran has been a part of the world of whisky for a long time. In the mid 18th century, the island had nearly fifty distilleries (most of them illegal or “moonlight” distilleries), but they all have closed since then. The new distillery opened in 1995 and renewed the tradition of Arran. The spirit produced on Arran received the “whisky” label in 1998.
