Gose-type beer is a beer originally made in Germany in the Goslar salt mining region, which gave their salty side to the beers produced with local water.
This beer traditionally undergoes a lactic fermentation in addition to the classical fermentation, which makes it a beer very little bitter and very little hoppy. The addition of coriander brings to this Dot Gose lemony, tangy and spicy flavours further reducing the hoppy character of the beer.
Made from barley malt and wheat, Centennial hops have been added for light floral notes.
