This Irish IPA steps aside from the world of classic flavours to explore a palette full of contrast and subtlety.
Side Step IPA combines a complex grain base – barley malt, pale rye, oat flakes and Carapils – with a duo of modern hops, Citra and Vic Secret, added raw to maximise aromatic intensity. The result is a beer with a rich aroma, reminiscent of ripe peaches and sweet citrus fruits. On the palate, the rye brings a slightly spicy finish that complements the silky texture of the body. A contemporary IPA that is both expressive and balanced.
