Produced entirely on site using traditional methods, it is lightly peated, non-chill filtered and bottled without added colouring. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it balances youthful vibrancy with impressive depth.
The nose reveals pear, apple, vanilla, malted cereals and honey, followed by gentle smoke, coastal notes and fresh lemon zest. The palate is rich and powerful with caramel, orchard fruits, biscuits, walnuts, black pepper and toasted oak. The finish is long, warming and complex with elegant smoke, spices, maritime freshness and lingering oak.
