Cedar Ridge Single Malt is an American whiskey crafted in Iowa by Cedar Ridge Distillery, one of the state's pioneering craft distilleries. Made entirely from malted barley and matured in new charred American oak barrels, it reflects the influence of Iowa's continental climate, where significant temperature variations enhance the interaction between the spirit and the wood.

The nose opens with aromas of ripe apple, pear, vanilla, caramel and honey, followed by dried fruits and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and balanced with flavours of malted barley, toffee, roasted nuts, cinnamon and milk chocolate. The finish is long and warming with lingering vanilla, gentle spices and toasted wood. It is a refined and approachable American single malt with impressive richness.
