Kilchoman 100% Islay 9 Year Old – The 15th Edition perfectly represents the philosophy of the family-owned Kilchoman Distillery. Every stage of production, from barley cultivation to bottling, takes place on Islay. This limited 15th Edition is produced exclusively from Concerto and Publican barley grown on the distillery's own farm during the 2014 and 2015 harvests. Matured for at least nine years in 54 ex-bourbon barrels, it delivers a beautifully balanced combination of sweet malt, bright citrus and elegant peat smoke. Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it is an authentic expression of Kilchoman's unique terroir.

The nose offers vanilla, tropical fruit, ripe pear, salted butter and toasted oak layered with gentle peat smoke. The palate is rich and balanced with salted caramel, milk chocolate, candied lemon, white pepper and maritime peat. The finish is long and fresh with lingering honey, citrus, coastal smoke and soft spices.
