Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Strength is the most powerful expression in the distillery's Single Barrel range. Each bottle comes from an individually selected barrel and is bottled at its natural cask strength without dilution. Alcohol content varies from barrel to barrel, with this edition bottled at 62.5% ABV. Matured in heavily charred new American oak barrels and filtered through charcoal using the traditional Lincoln County Process, it delivers remarkable depth and concentration. Every barrel offers its own distinctive character, making each bottling unique.
The nose opens with intense aromas of caramel, vanilla, ripe banana, maple syrup and toasted oak, supported by pecans, cocoa and baking spices. The palate is rich, full-bodied and powerful with flavours of brown sugar, dark chocolate, dried fruit, cinnamon, roasted coffee and toasted oak. The finish is exceptionally long and warming with lingering spice, vanilla, caramel and smoky oak.
