Glenlossie 11 Year Old 2012 Collection Plume by Signatory Vintage is a rare Speyside single malt selected and bottled by the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage. Distilled in 2012 and matured for eleven years, it was bottled in 2024 as part of the Collection Plume series. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 63.5% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it showcases the purity of Glenlossie's elegant spirit and the full influence of its cask. This is a rich, complex and authentic expression of a discreet yet highly respected Speyside distillery.
The nose opens with ripe apple, pear, candied lemon and honey, followed by vanilla, fresh almonds, white flowers and delicate pastry notes. The palate is rich and powerful with flavours of orchard fruits, caramel, malt, toasted hazelnuts, white pepper and gently spiced oak. The finish is long, warming and elegant with lingering vanilla, ripe fruit, refined oak and fresh malt.
