Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak is a Taiwanese single malt that showcases the purity of Kavalan's spirit through full maturation in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Taiwan's subtropical climate accelerates the ageing process, allowing the whisky to develop impressive depth despite carrying no age statement. Bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration, it delivers a beautifully balanced combination of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and delicate oak. It is an elegant expression of Kavalan's craftsmanship and cask management.

The nose reveals aromas of vanilla, coconut, apple, pear and citrus, complemented by honey, white flowers and a touch of caramel. The palate is smooth and creamy with tropical fruits, lemon zest, vanilla, sweet malt, toasted hazelnuts and gentle oak. The finish is long, fresh and elegant with lingering orchard fruits, vanilla, soft spices and refined oak.
