The Legendary Silkie Blended Irish Whiskey is the flagship expression of the Silkie range. This non chill filtered blend combines five carefully selected Irish whiskeys, some matured in ex Bourbon and ex Sherry casks, with a touch of 55 ppm peated Single Malt. Inspired by the rugged landscapes and folklore of County Donegal, it delivers an elegant balance of freshness, richness and delicate smoke, making it an excellent introduction to lightly peated Irish whiskey.
