This Whisky comes to us from the young English Bimber distillery, this edition is very limited with only 252 bottles allocated to the French market.
This Small batch n°2 has aged in ex-cask of Bourbon selected by hand and American white oak casks. It is produced from local barley harvested from the distillery's farm.
The use of these barrels combined with the fruity distillate typical of the distillery brings a nice balance between caramelized, spicy and vanilla notes.
