Produced in Brittany, in Ploërmel at the gates of the legendary Brocéliande forest, Galaad Origine whiskey is aged for a minimum of 5 long years in French oak barrels before being patiently reduced with spring water from Paimpont.

A Single Malt that offers an aromatic palette overflowing with rich pastry notes, enhanced by a few fruity notes and a mineral touch on the finish.

Colour: shiny gold with amber reflections.

Nose: frank and warm, notes of pastry cream, vanilla, nougat and biscuit enhanced by fruity aromas and a touch of salted butter caramel.

Palate: lively and unctuous, the richness of the aromatic palette explodes on tannic flavours, caramel and grilled brioche.

Finish: very long, the pastry notes give way to a refreshing mineral touch.
