Ola Dubh 12 Years Old 33cl 8°
A 100% Scottish beer recipe was born from a meeting in 2007 between Highland Park, a famous distillery and Harviestoun, a must-see British brewery. Ola Dubh, 12, takes his name from Gaelic and is commonly translated into French as "huile noire".
This beer has a bitter hop, reinforced by toasted malts but do not rely on its black dress because it is finely balanced with raspberry. Brewed using Harviestoun’s old Porter-style brewing machine and aged in casks used for the 12-year-old Highland Park Single Malt, Ola Dubh offers dried fruit acidity with a pinch of vanilla.
