This Irish cake made from raisins and spices has delicious lemon flavours and warm notes of ginger. This is a new recipe developed exclusively by Mileeven for Le Comptoir Irlandais.
The cake, made with juice and lemon zest, is generously filled with slices of candied lemons on top and with candied ginger slices both inside and on top of the preparation.
