Campbeltown Loch is a Scotch blended malt created by Springbank Distillers using single malts from the remaining distilleries of Campbeltown. It combines whiskies from Springbank, Longrow, Hazelburn, Kilkerran and Glen Scotia to showcase the distinctive character of one of Scotland's most historic whisky regions.
The nose offers aromas of orchard fruits, honey, caramel, vanilla and malt biscuits with subtle maritime freshness and gentle spices. The palate is rich and balanced with pear, apple, dried fruits, malt, oak and black pepper complemented by a delicate coastal salinity. The finish is long, elegant and lingering with soft spices, ripe fruit and refreshing maritime notes. It is an excellent introduction to the unique style of Campbeltown whisky.
