Moët Impérial is the emblematic cuvée of the House. Created in 1869, it embodies the unique style of Moët & Chandon. A style that is characterised by a bright fruitiness, a palate and an elegant maturity.
Made from more than 100 different wines, including 20 to 30% of reserve wines (one to three years of aging) specially selected to perfect its consistency and balance, its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varieties that compose:

- the body of Pinot Noir: 30 to 40%,

- the flexibility of the Miller: 30 to 40%,

- the finesse of Chardonnay: 20 to 30%.

Dosage: 9 g / litre.

Its cellar maturation time is 24 months and it has aged at least 3 months after disgorgement.
This champagne goes well with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish, white meats (eg roasted farm chicken and herbs juice), white-fleshed fruits (e.g; pie with white peaches and light cream with white chocolate).
