Our « satisfied or refunded » guarantee

Our online store offers you the «satisfied or refunded» guarantee. For instance, if an article does not meet your expectations, simply follow the return procedure.

The processing of returns can be done within 10 working days, from the receipt of your return by our services, except in exceptional cases. You will then be informed by email or in the "My Returns" section of your account.

In accordance with our terms of sales, you will be reimbursed within 14 days from the receipt of your return parcel. This delay relates to refunds by re-credit on the means of payment used for the order. Refunds can also be made as a credit note usable later.
Credit notes have a single use and are valid for 3 months from their edition, which is made when processing the return.

What are the return conditions?

You can return your articles within 30 days. This period starts from the delivery date of your order.

To return items, simply choose one of the following options:

In Store:

You can drop off your items free of charge in Le Comptoir Irlandais of your choice (except for Bayeux, Blois, Granville, La Rochelle, Le Mans, Lorient, Nice and Toulon stores - see the list of our stores).
Make sure to bring the article(s) with the return voucher corresponding to your request.
In the case of a refund, it will be done by re-credit on the means of payment used for the order.

Return costs are in that case at your expense.
Be careful to place the completed return voucher into your parcel. 

As a reminder, items must be intact, not worn, with their accessories in their original packaging and labels still attached to the product.

How do I make a return?

What are the reasons why my return can’t be accepted?

Return requests (for exchange, credit note or refund) can only be accepted on the sole condition that the items have been validated by our services with regard to their original compliance status. Only returned items, with their label, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted.
Any item damaged in any way, worn, or soiled, and whose condition won’t allow to be resold directly, will not be exchanged, nor refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

Any items from the cellar or from the grocery store will be taken back or exchanged.

We ask you to join to your parcel the return voucher that will allow us to identify your return and its reason.

Upon receipt of your package and after validation of its compliance status, your request will then be processed. We will of course ensure that this is done as soon as possible, in accordance with our terms of sales.

Can I return items purchased online in one of Le Comptoir Irlandais store ?
