The cheddar is made by hand from raw cow's milk using traditional know-how. We offer 2 brands: Knockanore (smoked, matured) and Bridge Valley Cheese, with original and delicious flavors (dried tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, etc.).
Whether served on a cheese board, paired with fresh fruit, melted in a fondue or used in gratins and sandwiches or salads, it offers a rich and satisfying taste experience for cheese lovers.
