Shipping Terms and Conditions

Delivery charges in France and European Union take into account the gross weight of products, the amount of the order, the geographical zone of the delivery and the delivery mode. Charges are inclusive of preparation and packaging costs, stamping and shipping costs.

As notified in our Sales Terms and Conditions, in case of out of metropolitan France deliveries, the Customer is deemed as the importer of the Products. Any local taxes, custom duties or payable allowances are to the Customer's expense exclusively. Please check your local custom regulations before ordering.

2/ EXPRESS DELIVERY WITH CHRONOPOST

The pricing depends on the weight of the package and the amount of the order. You will get an estimate with the finalisation of your cart.

The shipping times for Chronopost parcels abroad vary from 2 to 5 days depending on the destination and the delivery method.

4. FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

Note: for a delivery in the Overseas Departments and Territories, the products as well as the transport are charged without taxYou may then be asked to pay customs fees when the products arrive on the territory.

Zone 2: Mayotte, Guyane, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia and territories, French Polynesia, St Pierre and Miquelon, French Arctic and Southern and Antarctic territories.

5. WORLD

Possibility of delivering outside Europe on request by contacting our Customer Service by email at serviceclient@comptoir-irlandais.com or by phone at 02.98.85.47.37.

6. RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

Upon delivery, the recipient is required to check the state and condition of the parcel and outer packaging.

If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged when the parcel is issued to you, and judge that the content’s integrity is not guaranteed anymore, we suggest you refuse the parcel without opening it. We can quickly ship again your order.

Once the parcel is opened, please inform us as soon as possible of any noticed anomaly. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via email or by telephone on +33 (0)2 98 85 47 37, from Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm except on bank holidays. Please join a clear photograph of the anomaly with detailed description of it.
