Deliveries by Chronopost

You want to choose Chronopost for an express delivery of your order. You can get delivered at home or away from home (pickup relay). The order is handed to Chronopost on the day of the order if the order is passed before 1pm.

Metropolitan France and Monaco

If you choose the Chronopost delivery service, you may be delivered at home or in a pick-up point of your choice. The parcel is dispatched to Chronopost on the day of the order if placed before 3pm.

Home delivery with Chrono 13: the parcel is hand-delivered the morning following the order, between 8am and 1pm in metropolitan France and Monaco. If you are not home, the parcel is to be collected at the post office, Chronopost agency or at your pick-up point. A delivery note will be left in your mailbox and a free of charge text or email sent to you with opening hours and address of the collection point where you will find your parcel.

You may reprogram your delivery with “Livraison Interactive Chronopost” (Interactive Chronopost delivery service) and choose when to be delivered (6 days a week, Saturday included).

You may choose a Chronopost pick-up point (Chrono Relais service), and collect your parcel the day after dispatch from 1pm in one of the 7000 pick-up points (the list is available on Chronopost.fr).

Pickup is the 1^st pick-up network in France.

The Customer may choose any of the aforementioned parcel delivery options, provided these services are made available by Chronopost in his area. The Customer has sole responsibility in choosing the appropriate delivery mode in regard to the order and its content. The Company Le Comptoir Irlandais shall not be liable for the Customer‘s choice and the suitability of the delivery mode.

Chronopost International and French Overseas Departments and Territories

We offer Chronopost solution for your international express shipments in the European Union, Switzerland and Overseas Departments and Territories. Delivery times depend on the country in which you want to have your order delivered. Find information on delivery times on pages of each country.

Delivery times and charges (dispatch times not-included)

The following information is given as guidance only and exclude any prices, sales conditions or shipping time modifications made by Chronopost, or payable taxes and duties.

Delivery charges in France and the European Union take into account products gross weight, the amount of the order, the geographical zone of the delivery and the delivery mode. Charges are inclusive of preparation and packaging costs, stamping and shipping costs.
