Returns and Exchanges
You wish to make a return of products for an exchange or a retraction (within 14 days following delivery), please note that delivery charges are at the sole expense of the Customer.
Please inform us of your return on our Website www.comptoir-irlandais.com. Identify yourself, enter your access codes and click on the “My orders” link, select the reference number of the relevant order and choose the product you wish to return. You may add a note with the reasons of your return.
Customer Service will acknowledge receipt of your return by email or telephone.
After which, you may print the return slip available in the “My returns” section on your account. Please print your invoice as well and join the documents in the parcel you return to us, in its original packaging, to the following address: Le Comptoir Irlandais – Customer Service - 16 rue des Glénan - Z.I. de Saint Eloi - 29800 Plouédern - France.
If you have bought a clothing item in the wrong size and you wish to exchange it, we offer you to carry out the steps explained above.
Once you receive a validation from our Customer Service department, send the item in a packaging that is in good condition.
Specify the size you would like to receive in exchange for your product and place a copy of your return voucher available on your account, in "My Product Returns", as well as your invoice in order to facilitate the exchange procedure. We will check the status of your product when it is received and we will then send you the new item as soon as possible.
