Our ‘money-back guarantee’ on textiles
Our online shop offers a 'money-back guarantee'. So, if an item does not meet your expectations, simply follow the returns procedure.
Returns are processed within 10 working days of our team receiving your return, except in exceptional circumstances or in cases of force majeure. You will then be notified by email or via the "My Returns" section of your account.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your returned parcel. This timeframe applies to refunds credited back to the payment method used for the order. Refunds may also be issued as a credit note to be used on a future order.
Credit notes are for one-time use only and are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, which occurs when the return is processed.
Exceptions: Please note that no items from the wine cellar or delicatessen can be returned or exchanged.
What are the return conditions?
You have the possibility to return your items to us within 30 days. The period starts from the date of delivery of your order.
To return items, simply choose one of the following return options:

You can drop your items for free in the Le Comptoir Irlandais store of your choice (with the exception of the Irish Counter of Bayeux, Blois, Granville, La Rochelle, Le Mans, Lorient, Toulouse, Libourne, Le Puy en Velay, Nice and Toulon - see the list of shops).
Be sure to introduce yourself with the item(s) and return voucher corresponding to your request.
In the case of a refund request, the latter will be made with the payment method used when ordering.

Pour rappel, les articles doivent être intacts, non portés, avec leurs accessoires dans leur emballage d’origine et les étiquettes attachées au produit.
Exceptions : veuillez noter qu’aucun article de la cave ni de l’épicerie fine ne peut être repris ni échangé.

Print it and drag it into your package.

What are the reasons why my return is not compliant?
Return requests (for exchange, have or refund) can only be validated on the condition that the articles have been validated by our services in relation to their original compliance status. Only items returned as a whole, with their label, in their complete original packaging, and in perfect condition of resale will be taken back. Any item damaged in any way, worn, or soiled, and whose condition will not allow the return for direct sale, will not be exchanged, or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
No item in the cellar or delicatessen can be taken back or exchanged.
We ask you to attach to your package the return voucher that will allow us to identify your return and the reason for it
Upon receipt of your package and after the validation of its state of compliance, your request will be processed.
We will of course ensure that this is done as soon as possible, in accordance with the general conditions of sale.
Can I go back to the store for items purchased online?
You have the possibility to return your items to us for free in a shop Le Comptoir Irlandais (with the exception of the Irish Counter of Bayeux, Blois, Granville, La Rochelle, Le Mans, Lorient, Libourne, Nice and Toulon - see the list of shops) within 30 days.
