Article 1: Organiser

LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of EUR 764,064, whose registered office is at Zone Industrielle de Saint-Éloi – 16 rue des Glénan – 29800 Plouédern, France, registered with the Brest Trade and Companies Register under number 385 246 640 (hereinafter "the Organiser"), is organising a free prize draw with no purchase necessary (hereinafter "the Prize Draw").

The Prize Draw takes place exclusively on the Organiser's official Instagram and Facebook accounts.

The Prize Draw opens on Friday 9 October 2026 at 00:00 and closes on Friday 16 October 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Article 2: Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to any natural person of full age resident in metropolitan France (including Corsica + DOM TOM) who holds a valid personal Instagram or Facebook account.

The following are excluded from the Prize Draw: the directors and staff of the Organiser, of any company it controls, which controls it or is under common control with it; anyone who took part in designing or running the Prize Draw; and their family members (spouse, ascendants and descendants).

Only one entry per natural person is permitted for the whole duration of the Prize Draw, whatever the number of accounts or social networks used. No single household (same name, same postal address) may win more than one prize.

The Organiser may ask any entrant to provide proof that they meet these conditions. Anyone who does not meet them, or who refuses to provide proof, will be excluded from the Prize Draw and may not receive their prize.

Article 3: How to enter

To enter, between the opening and closing dates of the Prize Draw, the entrant must:

- log in to their personal Instagram or Facebook account;

- follow the Organiser's official Instagram account or Facebook page;

- like the post announcing the Prize Draw;

- post a comment under that post.

- Tagging two friends in the comment is possible but is not a condition of entry and gives no additional chance of winning.

Any entry that is incomplete, contrary to these rules or recorded after the closing date is void. The use of several accounts by the same person constitutes attempted fraud and results in that entrant's permanent exclusion.

The Prize Draw is not administered, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, nor is it associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Meta and its platforms from all liability in connection with the Prize Draw. The information provided by entrants is provided to the Organiser and not to Meta.

Article 4: The draw

A draw will take place on Friday 16 October 2026, or in the days that follow if this is not possible, from among all valid entries received on Instagram and Facebook.

The draw is carried out by the Organiser using a random selection tool. It designates five (5) winners together with reserve winners, who will be called on in the order drawn should a winner be excluded or decline their prize.

Article 5: Prizes

The Prize Draw offers five (5) prizes. Each prize consists of two (2) cinema tickets for the film "Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom", with an indicative retail value of EUR 30 including VAT per prize, or EUR 150 including VAT in total.

The tickets are supplied as paper tickets, valid at participating cinemas in metropolitan France until the end of the film's run, subject to the chosen cinema scheduling the film.

Prizes may not be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. Should it prove necessary, the Organiser may replace a prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

Article 6: Selecting and notifying winners

Winners are notified by private message sent solely from the Organiser's official account, no later than Friday 23 October 2026. The Organiser will never request payment, bank details or a password: any message of this kind comes from a fraudulent account and should be ignored.

Each winner has fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the message is sent to confirm their acceptance and provide their surname, first name and postal or email address. Failing this, they are deemed to have declined their prize, which is awarded to the next reserve winner or remains the property of the Organiser.

Prizes are dispatched within approximately fifteen (15) days of confirmation. The Organiser is not responsible for the non-receipt of a prize due to incorrect contact details supplied by the winner or to a failure of the postal service.

Article 7: Reimbursement of entry costs

Entry to the Prize Draw is free. Entrants who do not have unlimited internet access may obtain reimbursement of the connection costs incurred in entering, on a flat-rate basis of EUR [amount] per entry.

The claim must be sent by post to the Organiser, at the address given in Article 1, no later than fifteen (15) days after the Prize Draw closes. It must state the entrant's surname, first name, postal address and username, and enclose proof of their internet subscription and their bank details (RIB). Only one claim is accepted per household.

Article 8: Publicity

Subject to their prior written consent, the Organiser may publish winners' first names, the initial letter of their surname on its social media accounts and website, for a maximum period of twelve (12) months, with no consideration other than the prize won.

Article 9: Personal data

The Organiser, as data controller, collects entrants' usernames and, for winners, their surname, first name and postal or email address.

This data is processed in order to administer the Prize Draw, select the winners and deliver their prizes. The processing is necessary for the performance of these rules (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data is intended for the Organiser and for the service providers responsible for dispatching the prizes. It is retained until three (3) months after the Prize Draw closes, and thereafter for as long as is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to handle any complaints.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, each entrant has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data, and the right to object, which they may exercise at contact@comptoir-irlandais.com. A request for erasure before the end of the Prize Draw will void the entry. Entrants may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Data processed by Instagram and Facebook in connection with the use of their services falls under Meta's sole responsibility, in accordance with its own privacy policies.

Article 10: Liability

The Organiser may not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control, the Prize Draw has to be altered, shortened, extended, postponed or cancelled. Entrants will be informed of this on the Organiser's accounts.

The Organiser is not responsible for failures of the internet network or of the Instagram and Facebook platforms (unavailability, deletion of comments, connection problems) that are not attributable to it.

The Organiser may not be held liable for the terms on which cinemas allow the tickets to be used, or for any change to the film's scheduling. Its liability remains engaged under the general law in the event of fault on its part.

Article 11: Fraud and exclusion

Any attempted fraud, in particular through the creation of fake or multiple accounts, results in the entrant's exclusion. The Organiser may carry out any appropriate checks, without being obliged to check all entries systematically, and reserves the right to take legal action.

Article 12: Access to the rules and amendments

These rules may be consulted free of charge for the whole duration of the Prize Draw at [link to the rules]. They may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them by post at the address given in Article 1; the postage costs of the request will be reimbursed at the standard second-class rate in force, on simple request.

Any amendment to the rules will be the subject of an addendum published in the same way.

Article 13: Intellectual property

The trade marks, logos, images and other material relating to the film "Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom" remain the property of their respective owners. Their reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

Article 14: Complaints

Any complaint relating to the Prize Draw must be sent in writing to the Organiser, at the address given in Article 1 or to contact@comptoir-irlandais.com, stating the grounds for the complaint.

Article 15: Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by French law. If any clause were to be declared void, the remaining clauses would retain their full effect.

In the event of a disagreement, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent court under the general rules of law.

Rules drawn up by Le Comptoir Irlandais on 1 October 2026.
