The organising company shall not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control or justified necessity, it is required to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or modify the conditions of the competition. The organising company's liability shall not be incurred as a result thereof. In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the entry period. In particular, the organising company accepts no liability if the website becomes unavailable during the competition or if data provided by participants is destroyed for a reason not attributable to the organising company. The organising company accepts no liability for any incident related to the use of a computer, Internet access, telephone line or any other technical incident occurring during or after connection to the organising company's website.

The organising company shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, theft, destruction, unauthorised access or alteration of entries. Participation in the competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for viewing, querying or transferring information, the risk of interruptions and, more generally, the risks inherent in any Internet connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against potential misappropriation and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network.

The organising company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from any interruption, malfunction, suspension or termination of the competition, regardless of the reason, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting in any way from connecting to the website. Any person connecting to the website and participating in the competition does so entirely at their own risk. The organising company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has committed or attempted to commit fraud. However, it shall not incur any liability of any kind towards participants as a result of any fraud that may have been committed.

The organising company shall not be held liable in the event of fraud, data loss or an unrecorded entry attributable to the Internet network.

Under no circumstances may the organising company's liability be incurred in respect of the prizes awarded.

Art. 11: FILING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

The organising company also reserves the right to delete any entry form containing obvious errors. Such deletion may take place at any time and without prior notice.

The organising company further reserves the right to take legal action against anyone attempting to commit fraud or interfere with the proper conduct of the competition. The organising company reserves the right to carry out any checks necessary to ensure compliance with this article and with the rules as a whole, in particular to exclude any participant who has committed any form of abuse or attempted fraud, without being required to systematically check all entries.

Art. 14: INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the competition and offered as part thereof is strictly prohibited. All trademarks or product names mentioned are registered trademarks or product names belonging to their respective owners.
