Lambay Small Batch Blend 70cl 40°
Lambay Whiskey presents here its Small Batch Blend.
It comes from a triple distillation. It was bottled in small batches without cold filtering in order to preserve all the aromas and taste qualities of the whiskey.
Assembled from malt, unmalted barley and grain whiskeys, it then underwent double ageing in Bourbon and Cognac casks. The result is a whiskey with a unique taste, which reveals malty, floral and spicy notes.

The Lambay distillery is located in Ireland on the Isle of Lambay opposite Dublin. This island was bought in 1904 by the Baring family who still own it today. Everything is done to preserve the island's ecosystem, and it is home to one of the largest colonies of seabirds in Ireland.
The distillery is in partnership with Maison Camus, born in 1863, the house produces quality cognacs and combines tradition with modernity. Lambay uses Cognac barrels that come directly from the Camus estate in France for the ageing of its whiskeys.
These barrels are then exposed to the island's sea winds, bringing a distinctive character to the whiskeys.
