Lambay Irish Malt 70cl 43°
Lambay Irish Malt is produced from at least three different Irish Single Malt distillations. It is a blend of malt double and triple distillations which bring it a beautiful delicacy.
The Single Malts used for this blend first aged in Bourbon casks then finished their ageing in Cognac casks in French oak. To add a specificity to this Blend, the barrels were exposed to the sea winds of the Island of Lambay, more water from the Island was also added before bottling, thus bringing an elegant touch to the Lambay Irish. Malt.
Bottled at 43°, it is unfiltered cold.

The Lambay distillery is located in Ireland on the Isle of Lambay opposite Dublin. This island was bought in 1904 by the Baring family who still own it today. Everything is done to preserve the island's ecosystem, and it is home to one of the largest colonies of seabirds in Ireland.
The distillery is in partnership with Maison Camus, born in 1863, the house produces quality cognacs and combines tradition with modernity. Lambay uses Cognac barrels that come directly from the Camus estate in France for the ageing of its whiskeys.
These barrels are then exposed to the island's sea winds, bringing a distinctive character to the whiskeys.
