St-Germain liqueur is made in France from fresh, wild elderflowers, hand-picked in full bloom each spring. This is the time when they are the richest in aromas and flavours.

It is a very delicate liqueur that develops all the richness of the aromas of this pretty white flower with flavours of exotic fruits and pear with a touch of citrus (grapefruit).

Since its launch, it has been a huge success in Paris, France and abroad.

Created in 2007 by the American distiller Robert Cooper without preservatives or artificial flavours, the liqueur is named in tribute to St-Germain-des-Près, the legendary Parisian district.
