Auchroisk 10 Years Old Flora & Fauna 70cl 43°
Auchroisk is one of the youngest distilleries in Scotland, created in 1974. Its whisky was marketed between 1986 and 1999 under the name of Singleton, because Auchroisk was considered too difficult to pronounce (Auch Roysk or Ach Rask, the "ch" being pronounced like a "th").
Since 2000, it has been producing more and more Single Malts for independent bottlers, even if 90% of its production remains dedicated to Blends including J&B.
Auchroisk 10 years old, from Speyside, is ideal as an aperitif. Light, it opens with sweet, fresh and balanced notes, and dries up on a short finish.
Auchroisk 10 years old is part of the Flora & Fauna collection of the Diageo group. A master blender has selected the most exclusive and promising barrels to give birth to this collection, and to reveal it to as many people as possible. Each bottle in this range is distinguished by its own animal on the label.
