La Favorite Part des Anges is one of the flagship expressions from La Favorite Distillery in Martinique. Produced exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice under the strict regulations of the Martinique AOC, this extra-aged agricole rum is crafted from a careful selection of the finest casks matured for many years in the island's tropical climate. Its name refers to the natural evaporation that occurs during ageing, known as the "angel's share." Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers remarkable elegance, complexity and the distinctive fresh cane character that defines exceptional agricole rum.
The nose reveals refined aromas of candied fruits, dried apricot, vanilla, cocoa and honey, complemented by precious wood, blond tobacco and gentle spices. The palate is rich and silky with caramel, dried fruits, candied orange, coffee, cinnamon and lightly toasted oak. The finish is long, balanced and persistent with lingering spices, vanilla, cocoa and refined oak.
