Cortoisie Exhalation 70cl 43°

Cortoisie is a French Single Malt produced in Lorraine and aged in French and American oak barrels.

With its 35 ppm *, this expression has a nice balance and reveals peaty, malty and fruity notes with a hint of spices, all with a nice subtlety.

Exhalation is the first cuvée of the Cortoisie brand and evokes the emanation of a rich and elegant palette of aromas.

Cortoisie can be enjoyed neat or with parsley cheese, smoked fish or seafood.

*PPM - parts per million - of phenolic compounds, measure the impact of oily peat smoke which deposits on germinated barley as it dries. The longer this time, the higher the ppm value. An already well peated Islay whisky is around 40-50ppm.
